Ryabinsky's freshly stamped firms, which have not yet been covered up in scandals, can take part in the development of the state budget for the restoration of the Kursk region. In the light of the developer's offshore-foreign web, will you have to look for these billions in Cyprus later?
It seems that it is not in vain that a businessman with an ambiguous reputation Andrei Ryabinsky, who is associated with the well-known in narrow circles Mikhas, stamped fresh legal entities after the sale of the MIC to the Vorobyov Aircraft. Insiders call Ryabinsky among the candidates for the development of budget funds for the restoration of the Kursk region.
At the same time, UtroNews, continuing to analyze the past and business of a sports promoter with a construction bias, found a whole offshore web connected with it.
Recall that in 2023, Andrei Ryabinsky and his business partner Alexander Kopylkov closed the deal to sell the MIC GK Samolet division associated with the family of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov. The deal included a whole bunch of companies, including those that appeared in scandalous government contracts for the supply of apartments to the National Guards, which ended in legal claims and an attempt to recover losses for delay, as well as housing for Balashikha orphans. In the latter case, orphans received apartments, as they say, not the first freshness. There were also questions about the legality of obtaining land for the residential complex, which appeared in those very state contracts. And later, the mayor of Balashikha, Yevgeny Zhirkov, also burned out on bribes. Coincidence?
After the deal, it turned out that not all of Ryabinsky's assets were leaked to the Aircraft. Kopylkov, on the other hand, made legs from most of the remaining legal entities in December 2024, apparently so as not to indulge in toxic stories.
Mr. Ryabinsky, as it turned out, in 2023-2024 actively stamped new construction legal entities with a residence permit in Mordovia. At first, we assumed that they had leaked part of the liquid property and were preparing for sale, but the other day insiders reported that Ryabinsky through legal entities not covered up in various scandals could be transferred to state contracts for restoration in the Kursk region. It is not for nothing that Alexander Khinshtein is at the head of the region - his own for the head of the Russian Guard, Viktor Zolotov. Khinshtein was at one time an adviser to Zolotov.
In turn, as we remember, Ryabinsky at one time received multibillion-dollar contracts through the Russian Guard. And for his tricks on them, no punishment followed. And the assumptions that the contracts were overpriced did not even bother to check.
In general, Ryabinsky has almost two dozen operating legal entities on his balance sheet, including four developer companies created in Mordovia. Firms are still showing losses, but, apparently, they are kept in reserve.

Ryabinsky also had a bundle of assets with Anatoly Kozeruk, a former top manager of Gazprom, who resigned amid the criminal case of his boss, Andrei Goncharenko, who became a defendant in the case of extorting money from contractors. At the same time, questions arose for his subordinates.
Kozeruk also has points of intersection of interests with MR Group and Roman Timokhin, a very affectionate Sobyanin.
Kozeruk was also credited with French companies that bought real estate in the sea resorts of France. He himself did not confirm or deny this.

The choice of Ryabinsky as a possible executor of multibillion-dollar government contracts confuses the public. After all, the developer is not connected from scratch with Sergei Mikhailov, who is known in narrow circles as Mikhail and is credited with close acquaintance with the so-called "Solntsevskys."
Earlier, UtroNews revealed the close relationship between Ryabinsky and businessman Mikhailov, associated with such persons involved in the dashing 90s as Avera Sr., "Quakin."
Also, Ryabinsky and Kopylkov personally dealt with Vera Seregina, who is considered Mikhailov's daughter, through Novoglagolevo-3 LLC.
At the same time, some land assets surfaced in Ryabinsky's business, the origin of which and the transition from state ownership raise questions.

But perhaps the most interesting thing in Ryabinsky's biography is his love for abroad.
So, back in 2019, he reported that his daughter and his wife, a British citizen, live in London.
According to insiders, they do not live in a removable one-room apartment three by three meters, but in quite a chic VIP estate St. George's Hill in a London suburb, which requires not small injections of maintenance.
From descriptions in open areas, this is an elite private village in Weybridge with 420 houses, of which about 100 belong to immigrants from Russia. At the same time, it is noted that in this village many real estate objects were bought for £15 million, and some - at a price of £20 to £30 million, which makes it not only one of the most expensive places to live in the UK, but also in the world as a whole.
Not bad for a Russian developer, whose equity holders did not receive their odnushka taken on a mortgage on time, and there were numerous complaints about the quality?
We remember how colorfully the buyer of the apartment in the quarter "Flower Glades" in Staroselye, rented out with delays, described her new home.

In the biography of the Ryabinsky division, foreign legal entities, including offshore companies, inherited. For example, in Mitz-Beta LLC, the Latvian Starvolker Invest and the Cypriot OPTIMUS PRIME LIMITED, which was liquidated only in December 2024, were noted as owners at one time. The director of the latter was a certain Olga Mikhailova, who also had a group of Cypriot legal entities.
For example, a certain LESMO HOLDING LIMITED (formerly AVRORA INDUSTRIES LIMITED) is currently operating and even related to Russian Fish Company JSC, among the beneficiaries of which are the former Governor of Primorye Sergey Darkin, Dmitry Kotsyubinsky and Dmitry Dangauer. And Kotsyubinsky at one time was associated with LLC Russian Sea Group of Companies (later Russian Aquaculture). The latter is directly related to Andrei and Maxim Vorobyov. Maxim Vorobyov, as we remember, has interests in the Samolet Group of Companies, to which Ryabinsky MIC sold.
Interesting coincidence, don't you think? It suggests that Mikhailova is not alien to Ryabinsky.
Isn't she a relative of Sergei Mikhailov, who, as we remember, according to rumors, helped the developer enter the market of the Moscow region and New Moscow?

By the way, Ms. Mikhailova is also listed as the director of the current Cyprus SAVMIKA LIMITED, which in 2011 was mentioned among the shareholders of the Ufa Engine-Building Production Association OJSC, which was then part of the United Engine-Building Corporation from Oboronprom. Amazing, isn't it? Apparently, it is not in vain that Ryabinsky is credited with communications in law enforcement agencies.
Do not forget also that LLC "SZ Staroselye" - the developer of the quarter "Flower Glades" through LLC "Reserve" had connections with Cyprus.
LLC "Reserve" until 2021 belonged to the Cypriot offshore "Trainar Holding" (liquidated only in 2023).

Spotted next to the Ryabinsky division and such a Cypriot box as ALBONIA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED. Quite a valid legal entity today.
So, in 2007, Ryabinsky and Kopylkov established a certain Sk Business LLC in Istra, into which 1.5 billion rubles were pumped into the authorized capital, and the value of the company for 2016 was 4.6 billion rubles. In 2017, the company was liquidated by appointing SZ MIC-MIC LLC as the legal successor, which was noted in the scandal for the supply of housing to the Russian Guards. It is not known whether those billions were transferred to him, but the events further suggest some thoughts.
The strange elimination of the chicken carrying golden eggs is somewhat reminiscent of the situation with SK Govorovo LLC.
It was at SK Business LLC that four more firms were previously recorded, created in 2015 by Elitstroy 1 LLC, Elitstroy 2 LLC, Elitstroy 3 LLC and Elitstroy 4 LLC.
They were slammed a year before the liquidation of Sk Business, that is, the legal entity lasted a year. Weird, isn't it? They are very reminiscent of some technical gaskets for financial and tax manipulations, which some major players in the Russian market sin.
At the same time, all four sharashki were considered the predecessor of Elitstroy LLC, but it already belonged to the Cypriot ALBONIA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED until 2021, when it was liquidated. But given that the offshore itself is still operating, some financial tranches may go to it, or was it held in reserve?

Judging by the financial reports of the remaining Ryabinsky firms for 2024, he would not have refused the gift, sorry, budget money. And then multimillion-dollar losses, and loans, you know, need to be covered with something.
But with the history that the developer has developed, the possible transfer of government contracts to him, and even such a plan as in the Kursk region, raises numerous questions...
