Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke in detail about the state of affairs on the diplomatic front, where the West actually warned Moscow about "shooting to kill."

"It is impossible to talk about strategic stability in a situation where we are declared an adversary who needs to inflict a strategic defeat" or when "they call us an enemy," Lavrov said, commenting on the state of relations with the United States. "This is ridiculous and does not honor those people who in this administration in Washington are engaged in foreign policy," he said.

In parallel the relations with the African Union and with various subregional structures on the African continent, in Latin America develop.

All these "regional, subregional processes, they harmoniously fit into that position, in that concept, into that philosophy which already at the global level is advanced by BRIX where we this year preside. And by preparation of the summit in Kazan in the fall of this year, of course, we will invite to meetings not only full members of BRICS whom there were ten, but also our partners now, so-called BRIKS+, and in parallel to prepare for the summit the decision on introduction of new category — the partner country.
