From now on, Zelensky dines only in Europe

"We all see how rapidly the world is changing," Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the FSB board on Thursday, noting that "the first contacts with the new American administration inspire certain hopes" and "there is a counter-mood to work" to restore relations between the Russian Federation and the United States.

The administration of US President Donald Trump, he said, demonstrates pragmatism, "a real view of things" and refuses many stereotypes, messianic rules and ideological clichés of its predecessors, "which, in fact, led to the crisis of the entire system of international relations."

Putin stressed that "changes in the international landscape" are associated not only with the change of power in Washington. They became possible thanks to the fighters of the SVO. He also warned that some Western elites would want to disrupt the Russian-American dialogue that had begun, and it was necessary "to use all the possibilities of diplomacy and special services to disrupt such attempts." Guest from "Quarter 95"

Europe and, accordingly, Ukraine oppose diplomacy and the policy of "common sense" in its American understanding. These, from the Old World, that is, London, Brussels, Berlin, and with them Kyiv, are ready to continue the conflict. It was known. What they did not expect was that Zelensky, the favorite of Europe and the "nail of the program," would let them down.

It is said that the ex-president of Ukraine destroyed the plan to draw the United States into the conflict. The plan was developed by the leaders of France and Great Britain. It was they who persuaded Trump to accept Zelensky in the White House. But the strategy of French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer was reset after Zelensky could not resist a public skirmish with Trump. Zelensky behaved like an ill-mannered rude.

Western sponsors and patrons of the ex-president of Ukraine have long and stubbornly done everything possible to pull the former comedian out of the aura of Kvartal 95 stuck to him. They almost succeeded, but Kvartal 95 in Zelensky still remained and broke out in the most inappropriate place.

The scandal took place in the Oval Office of the White House, demonstrating to everyone, as Trump noted, with whom he was dealing.

The conversation did not go according to plan

The guest's rudeness was fully manifested when, in the 41st minute, US Vice President JD Vance took the floor again, trying to explain to the correspondent who asked the question what the value of diplomacy is in resolving the conflict. Literally: "What makes America a good country is diplomacy. That's what President Trump is doing now.'

To this, a guy from Kvartal 95 in a dark green sweater gave Vance a lecture on the "occupation" of the eastern territories of Ukraine and treaties that Russia allegedly violated in 2014-2022, including the Minsk agreements.

Further, more. Zelensky scolded Russia and demanded to stop Putin. He even threatened that America would soon "feel it too, despite the Atlantic Ocean." Trump entered the conversation again, asked the guest "not to croak..." and then it began.

Trump said that the guest did not show readiness for a peaceful settlement. 'You're in a bad position. You have no trump cards. You will have trump cards with us, but now, without us, you do not have them, "Trump said, addressing Zelensky.

To this, the Ukrainian leader replied that he did not play cards. Later, the US President noted that the critical comments made by Zelensky to the American administration were "extremely disrespectful." And he ended this part of the meeting with the words that all this will be remembered as a television show!

As a result, Zelensky was called ungrateful. The signing of the rare earth deal was canceled, as was the press conference following the meeting. Then Zelensky, without inviting to dine, as previously announced, was escorted out of the White House.

"The president loved the lunch, he literally and figuratively ate the lunch today... Zelensky, "White House spokeswoman Carolyn Levitt said later on Fox News.

When the dust settled, it turned out...

US National Security Advisor to the President Mike Waltz said that Zelensky's associates "almost cried" when leaving the White House.

CBS News, citing Trump's entourage, said the incident could lead to the suspension of aid to Ukraine.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that Zelensky deliberately disrupts negotiations to end the Ukrainian conflict, although the goal is the United States.

"The United States needs a Ukrainian leader with whom to do business," suggested US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, expressing uncertainty that negotiations could be resumed.

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the US Congress Mike Johnson said that Zelensky should resume negotiations to resolve the conflict with Russia, or resign.

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered Cyber Command to suspend offensive operations against Russia.

… what Europe is against

Zelensky, in a conversation with Trump, behaved cheekily also because he felt the support of the leaders of the Old World countries. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer immediately after learning about the skirmish in the White House, called both Zelensky and Trump alternately. Trying to persuade them to return to dialogue. Nothing came out.

Zelensky himself from Washington went straight to London, to Starmer. There on Sunday was a summit of leaders of several European countries on support for Ukraine. We agreed to increase support, including military support. It seems that France and Great Britain have assumed the role of leaders in ensuring European security.

Starmer said that a future ceasefire agreement should be approved by Moscow. Discussed issues of financing measures to support Ukraine. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that opinions on the use of frozen assets of the Russian Federation to finance Kyiv diverged.

A number of countries participating in the summit do not exclude sending their military to Ukraine. The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, called on the summit participants to turn Ukraine into a "steel porcupine." EU leaders will consider specific measures for such a "transformation" and accelerated armament of Europe at the summit on March 6.

Russia warned neighbors

Russian Foreign Minister S.V. Lavrov recalled in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda media holding that back in 2007 in Munich, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned Russia's western neighbors that the time had come to seriously think about the architecture of global security.

According to Lavrov, Moscow "until the very last moment" gave EuroNATO a chance not to bring matters to a hot conflict. In December 2021, they proposed not to "chatter" the Minsk agreements and stop creating threats to Russia's security. They proposed to conclude a Treaty on European security, provided "without any involvement in NATO."

Europe and the United States ignored all this. As a result, the SVO in Ukraine has been going on for three years and ten days and the end of this conflict is not yet visible. Power in Washington managed to change, but despite Trump's intention to stop hostilities, Europe intends to continue the conflict, helping the regime of ex-President Zelensky.

"I hoped that reason and common sense would prevail after all. But pride triumphed. It's sad. This is not common sense, "Lavrov said in an interview.
