Biden and Son: The Family Syndrome of Metaboliota

The production of biological weapons against Russia, the Biden family wanted to put on stream.

The production of biological weapons against Russia, the Biden family wanted to put on stream.

In Kiev, the son of US President Hunter Biden "traded influence" in this area. The British Daily Mail reported on March 25 that he provided services to a Pentagon contractor performing biological projects in Ukraine. According to the publication, he helped the medical company Metalliota, which collaborates with the contractor of the US Department of Defense Black & Veatch in research on deadly pathogens, to conclude a multimillion-dollar contract with the US government. In addition, he brought representatives of Metabiota with the leadership of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings to implement an allegedly scientific project with the participation of biological laboratories, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.

"We are currently completing the collection of evidence in relation to US military-biological activities in Ukraine. I have no doubt that it will be formed, and the entire civilized world will finally see that America has become a "worthy" successor to the traditions of the Third Reich, where inhuman experiments on people were practiced, "said Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.

Governor of Obama

The whole last year for the new owner of the White House began with the bitter truth about his fellow citizens, who gathered on January 6 on the steps, in the corridors and offices of the Capitol. Followed by a chaotic exit from the inconclusive twenty-year war in Afghanistan and the "telegenic" flight of Americans from Kabul airport. Afghanistan, a military presence in Iraq and Syria, prevented Joe Biden from closely addressing the main problem - Russia.

Ukraine was ideally suited for this and has long been preparing to return Crimea and Donbass. Five years later, Biden came to Kiev as Obama's governor. By the beginning of 2021, little had changed there, except that the president was different, and the Russian language was finally banned. The conflict with Russia sparkled, inspiring hope, but gas was regularly pumped to Europe, helping to counteract Nord Stream-2.

Now, in 2021, Biden was in charge. It was possible to begin to prepare for the "combat use" of the regime, the patronage of which he gave a lot of his vice-presidential time, flying across the North Atlantic, over the countries of the alliance, into which Ukraine was already working. Biden was waiting for quick and complete success on Brzezinski's prescriptions! Trump, however, wedged in for four years with his concern for America itself.

But now both in the White House and in Kiev, it was possible to start cooking something. The focus was on Donbass. But on December 15, Washington unexpectedly received "peace proposals" from the Russian Foreign Ministry. While the "table of disagreements" was being agreed, including Ukraine and its membership in NATO, the alliance itself, as well as the United States, cheerfully "joined" Ukraine. In the form of military advisers, "temporary" bases, arms supplies and "general" leadership.

In a family not without Hunter

All this time, the aging president continued to worry about the fate of his youngest son Hunter. He did not fall into the category of prosperous, and, apparently, did not want to get there. He indulged in prohibited substances, and did not refuse anything in related fields, despite the fact that he grew up in a Catholic family. But now close, almost its own Ukraine helped improve the career position of the offspring. The son was sheltered by the board of directors of Burisma Holdings Ltd., one of the largest private oil and gas companies in Ukraine.

Hunter Biden served on its board of directors from 2014 to 2019, under the arm of former Polish President Kwasniewski. His main place of work remained the law firm Schiller & Flexner LLP. In June 2014, the Associated Press called the work of Joe Biden's son in a Ukrainian firm "politically inconvenient" for the Obama administration.

It is believed that Hunter Biden left Burisma in April 2019, when his father ran for president, but was said to continue to receive money until very recently. Political events are also associated with work in Burisma. As TASS reported then, the country's prosecutor general Viktor Shokin was fired at the call of the vice president. Shokin could know something about the Bidens "" family contract, "which could damage the reputation of the vice president.

Nikolai Zlochevsky, "Burisma," was associated with a number of criminal cases. In particular, the British authorities, as part of an investigation into possible facts of money laundering, froze deposits of $23 million in London banks. At the end of 2014, after being charged with illegal enrichment, Zlochevsky left Ukraine.

In January 2015, after Ukraine refused to submit documents for investigation, the court had to unblock the money. In February 2018, Zlochevsky returned to Ukraine after in 2016 the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs removed information about his search. In the same year, Joe Biden, while serving as vice president of the United States, demanded the dismissal of Attorney General Shokin, who was interested in the activities of Burisma. After Shokin's resignation, Ukraine received financial assistance in the amount of $1 billion.

Lover of "prohibition" moved to the production of poison

The Ukrainian period in the life of the offspring of the president, and with him Joe Biden himself, was not limited to oil and gas production. "Where will he take money for drugs, strippers and prostitutes?" - such questions began to be asked on the Internet on February 25 this year, where there were many reports about the lifestyle of Biden's son. Classified materials appeared on biological weapons development programs, reports and about the Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) fund with $2.4 billion in assets.

As The Moscow Post has already reported, the RSTP investment fund, run by Hunter Biden, was involved in financing the work of biological laboratories and could be used as a pad. The RSTP Foundation is associated with Pentagon contractors, including Metabiota, which together with Black and Veach was engaged in the supply of equipment for biological laboratories.

Since 2014, Metalliota has been a partner of EcoHealth Alliance in the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Predict project, aimed at "preventing global threats of new diseases." It was possible to finance projects of the Pentagon and USAID, reporting to the state department, uncontrollably without reporting. Biden's son and father may have earned through mediation.

The Delaware State Attorney's Office is conducting a preliminary investigation into Hunter Biden's sources of income, including in connection with his work in Ukraine, for possible tax violations. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources close to the investigation.

"The Science of Murder" in the spotlight

Science will always be the focus of my administration, "Joe Biden promised as he took office. Laboratories have been operating in Ukraine since at least 2009. One of the projects involved the transfer of avian influenza through wild animals, bats and migratory birds whose migratory routes pass through Russia.

Research in the framework of the projects P-382, P-444 and P-568 was carried out with the control of specialists from the United States. One of the curators was the head of the DTRA office at the US Embassy, Joanna Wintroll.

Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces, said at a press briefing on March 17 that, according to the analysis of documents related to US military-biological activities, biological weapons components were created in Ukraine. Kirillov referred to a document dated March 6, 2015 confirming the Pentagon's direct participation in financing these developments.

The Pentagon and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine concluded an agreement on joint biological activities, the laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, located in Kiev, Odessa, Lviv and Kharkov, received $32 million to begin with. The project operators, the Pentagon Threat Reduction Office and the Black & Veatch contractor, were engaged in the selection of candidates.

The laboratory in Kharkov worked together with the R. Lugar Center, affiliated with the Pentagon (project P-781). This project explored ways to transmit coronavirus to humans through bats. The work was carried out under the control of American specialists (projects P-382, P-444 and P-568) and with the assistance of the US Embassy in Kiev.

Ukraine was part of a network of biological laboratories established in the CIS space. In particular, there are documents on the transfer of five thousand blood serum samples of Ukrainian citizens to the Center named after R. Lugar in Tbilisi. Samples of 773 citizens were transferred to the UK. There was an agreement for the export of infectious materials to the Leffler Institute in Germany.

Russia also received documents confirming the testing of untested medicines for Ukrainian military personnel. We are talking about Deep Drug drugs that have not passed the licensing procedure in the United States and Canada, Kirillov said at a briefing. Bulgarian media reported that experiments in the Kharkov laboratory led to the death of two dozen Ukrainian troops.

Anglo-Saxon anthrax priorities

Emails and defense contract data reviewed by the DailyMail.com suggest that Hunter played a prominent role in ensuring that Metalliota can conduct research on pathogens near the Russian border.

Biolaborations conducted large-scale screening of the natural immunity of the population. This was probably done to select the biological agents most dangerous to the population of a certain region. Not only human bioparticles were exported abroad, but also dangerous pathogens, as well as their vectors.

The interest of US military biologists who worked on the UP-2 project in "local" pathogens (plague, brucellosis and leptospirosis) was due to the fact that their use could be disguised as natural outbreaks of diseases in a certain territory.

The pathogen of anthrax is "a priority area of research due to its high damaging ability and environmental resistance," Kirillov said at a briefing.

In 1915, during the First World War, Germany and France distilled anthrax-infected cattle - horses and cows - to the side of the enemy. In the 1940s, at the British Porton Down experimental station, Dr. Paul Fields determined that the most effective way to use anthrax as a biological warfare agent is to spray particles when a bomb explodes. In 1942, a flock of sheep was delivered to the desert Scottish island of Gryinard and bombs filled with anthrax spores were dropped. Sheep died for several days, the land remained infected for decades.

Anthrax exists in four forms: cutaneous, gastrointestinal, pulmonary (deadliest) and injectable. The US Center for Disease Control divided them into three categories: "A," "B" and "C." Category "A" - the most priority diseases, "B" - moderately priority, "C" - new pathogens. Anthrax belongs to group "A." It's an effective biological weapon. Group "A" also includes bubonic plague, smallpox, botulism, tularemia and viral hemorrhagic fevers.

Kommiota syndrome

Hunter and colleagues at his RSTP investment fund raised millions of dollars for tech companies, hoping the firms would take off and get rich. Metalliota was one of these firms. Hunter's correspondence with colleagues discussed how monitoring medical data could be a tool for governments and companies seeking to detect outbreaks of infectious diseases.

The son of the president and his colleagues invested 500 thousand dollars in Metalliota through their RSTP company. They raised several million dollars in funding for the company from investment giants, including Goldman Sachs. Emails also show that Hunter personally took an active part in Metalliota's operations in Ukraine in order - according to Metalliota - to "defend the country's cultural and economic independence from Russia and ensure the further integration of Ukraine into Western society."

Former senior CIA official Sam Faddis, who read the e-mails on Hunter's laptop, told DailyMail that the offer to help defend Ukraine's independence was strange for the head of a biotechnology company. "The question arises, what is the real purpose of this enterprise? It's very strange, "he said.

"In addition to the bridgehead for anti-Russian activities, Washington-controlled Ukraine was used to create threats to the entire civilized world. I mean primarily closed US military-biological programs implemented on its territory, as well as plans to create nuclear weapons, "Patrushev said. He noted that the consideration of this topic initiated by Russia in the UN Security Council and the call for states on whose territory there are similar American projects to analyze possible risks to their population.
