Tyo hunting grounds covered offshore

The son of the recently disgraced developer Sobyanin Pavel Tyo German turned out to be the owner of a whole pack of hunting companies, traces of which led to another box from offshore.

Six months ago, Rosleskhoz tried to take part of the land from more than 80 hectares in the Smolensk region from one of the companies associated with Tyo, but not successfully.

In schemes using offshore, the UtroNews correspondent understood.

Earlier, The Moscow Post has already talked about the apartments of Pavel Tyo's family found in Paris, purchased on a loan taken from a foreign bank. Also earlier it was reported about Pavel Tyo's offshore companies and their connection with Russian assets, which, as it were, hints at a possible withdrawal of funds outside the Russian Federation not only in the form of mortgages for Paris apartments, but also according to other schemes. And in the light of the scandal with the search for the Kyrgyz authorities on suspicion of financing the organized criminal group Kamcha Kolbaev, a foreign box for Cho may have a special role.

Land "capital"

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since 2022, German Pavlovich Tyo has been the owner of three hunting companies: a 50% stake in Wild Liman LLC in Stavropol (established in 1996), 85% in Vostok LLC in Smolensk (established in 2009) and 68% in Valeria LLC (Smolensk Region, established in 2006).

Almost any company in this area assumes the presence of forest land in the lease. And, it seems, Cho Jr.'s firms are no exception.

Judging by the materials of the arbitration, at least Vostok did not even have a lease, but ownership of a plot of 800550 +/-7829 sq. m in the area of ​ ​ the village of Prozorovo, d. Ivino, ur. Yelnya, ur. Big Podyolki of the Gagarinsky district of the Smolensk region.

In 2023, Rosleskhoz tried to achieve recognition of the absence of the right to a part of the site (78.9 thousand square meters) due to the imposition of the forest fund of the Gagarin forestry on the borders, but the claim was left without consideration.

And what is interesting: back in 2018, the district authorities changed the intended purpose for part of the agricultural plot - for the construction of a warehouse for the storage of inventory and agricultural vehicles. We will not be surprised if over time the site is divided and resold, as they love from Tyo.

Tyo's business partners in hunting assets are also very interesting.

So "Wild Liman," which was previously called "Auto-s" and was engaged in technical inspection (including under state contracts), Tyo owns with Marat Sagdeev.

Sagdeev, on the other hand, previously crossed paths in business (Sherwood LLC) with his family (probably nephew), Valerian Mazaraki, general director of the Moscow State Budgetary Institution Ritual, who has repeatedly flashed in The Moscow Post publications related to scandals.

And among the co-owners of Valeria there is Muscovite Oleg Marukhin, who is the full namesake of the deputy head of the Department of Moral and Psychological Support of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, Colonel of the Internal Service (the position was relevant for 2016).

At the same time, there is a note that the data on the owner of "Valeria" are allegedly not reliable. Then the questions are already with the director of the company Yevgeny Kozitsky, who, by the way, until January 2023 was also the director of Vostok and the construction LLC Path, which passed to German Tyo and his business partner in Vostok Andrei Tokarsky.

Tokarsky, by the way, has a number of Moscow construction companies through which his partners (for example, through SZ Parusa LLC) are Crimean developers Yuri Nedopyokin (founder of the development company Perspektiva) and Alexey Mezentsev. Isn't it through them that the Cho division plans to expand its appetite to the Crimea?

Offshore land

It's interesting: from 28.07.2017 to 18.03.2021, the owner of Vostok was Auroramenegment LLC, which from January 2024 belongs to Pavel Tyo and his long-time partner Eduard Berman. Earlier, starting in 2016, the owner of the LLC was a certain Igor Tesnov, who was also the director of a number of Tyo firms.

That is, Tesnov could well be a nominal holder in the interests of a millionaire.

In the biography of the "East" another "person of Tyo" was also noted - Igor Cherdyntsev (he was a partner of Dmitry and Pavel Tyo in Gulfstream-2000 LLC).

That is, in fact, for many years this asset has been owned by the "Cho people."

An interesting fact: in the biography of "East" various offshore companies inherited very densely. For example, the owner from August 2016 to July 2017 was the Cypriot Forest Hill Valley Holdings Limited. It is quite valid today. Is it really another part of the foreign box of the Cho family?

It is very curious that five companies are registered for the same offshore, including in the real estate sector of Moscow, as well as Smolensk LLC "Hunting Farm" Lan. " Judging by the open data, Lani also has forest lands with hunting status.

At the same time, Vostok LLC in Rusprofile has a successor - the Vostok LLC of the same name created in 2014, but it is already registered for the Cyprus Forest Hill. What fun matches, isn't it?

By the way, both Lanyu and Vostok were owned to the offshore by a certain LLC Stolitsa Petroleum, which belonged (up to liquidation) to Kasi Holding and Finance S.A. with a residence permit in the British Virgin Islands.

But even on this, the census of offshore companies associated with Cho is not over. So the partner (in LLC "Edimonovskaya Real Estate") of the Cypriot "Forest Hill" is the joint-stock company "Ukeldi Investments Inc" with a residence permit in Panama. And earlier, the partner of these two was again an offshore company from the Virgin Islands - Full River Holdings LTD. The latter flashed even in the Panama Dossier in conjunction with a whole group of foreign legal entities. The beneficiaries were not disclosed.

If we take stock, then it seems that the Cho family and their faithful squires managed to create "cubes" in many matte offshore companies. And this, in our opinion, smacks of a scheme of tax evasion, at least, and at most - withdrawal of funds from Russia.

Strong spike of power and Tyo

By the way, 2024 for the Tyo division from the very beginning is some kind of fussy, judging by the Unified State Register of Legal Entities: a bundle of new assets was created, within the division they were transferred to each other, or even to trusted legal entities. The same Maria Pak, which the editors of The Moscow Post talked about earlier. And, for example, in February 2024, Pavel Tyo also established a new company for managing holdings - Capital Group Development LLC.

Apparently, they are preparing another pack of resale transactions. After all, it is not for nothing that Tyo is called the "reseller of Sobyanin," and he himself in an interview talks about "special relations" with the authorities. Having bought liquid land for development on the cheap, such as the same MiGa site, which got 35 times cheaper than the mayor's office previously bought it, then Tyo resells them in parts. And clearly with more profit than the same mayor's office. Among buyers, there are not few who prefer "not to shine their face," since he was previously involved in scandals, or even criminal cases.

By the way, the MiGa site, it seems, can also be prepared for resale. Enimerosi from Capital Group Tyo, hastily created in July 2023 clearly under a tender, changed its owner in February 2024, but has so far remained in the same division. Instead of Holding Development LLC and Capital Group LLC, Redoran JSC, created in October 2023, became the owner.

JSC hides the beneficiaries, but the director is Arsen Aghabekyan, who is also the director of Limanos LLC Pavel Tyo. That is, the deal can go through this "Redoran."

An interesting fact: today the arbitration is hearing a lawsuit by the Department of Mining Property to seize real estate for the state needs of the city of Moscow - unfinished with an area of ​24,379 square meters. m on Leningradsky Avenue, 37A. The defendant is a certain OJSC "CAO Management Company," but it was at the initiative of Enimerosi that an appropriate resolution was previously adopted to seize the asset, probably for subsequent demolition and development.

For a minute: the authorities, at the request of a private office, which is a week without a year, suddenly adopt a decision to withdraw the unfinished state for state necessity, think about it. How not to believe in a particularly strong relationship between Sobyanin and Tyo.

Against the background of proximity to Sobyanin and the city budget, Teu's special craving for Paris purchases and offshore looks, to put it mildly, suspicious. As if, at any moment I am ready to pack a suitcase and wind up abroad. Or maybe in that box not only his interest, not in vain, so Mr. Mayor is loyal to the developer?
