Operation "Traffic Light" was welded by Lisovsky and Kostin

As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post, the stores of the low-price chain "Traffic Light" in Novokosino, Tushino and Nagatino temporarily stopped working in the capital: in total, the chain has 22 stores in Moscow.

But the initiator of the check of the traffic light network was the scandalous deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergey Lisovsky.

It was he who sent an appeal to the Government of the Russian Federation, in which he spoke about numerous cases of the sale of low-quality and unsafe products in the chain's stores. First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov gave the go-ahead for the inspections.

Recall that the Traffic Light network belongs to the Schneider brothers, who have long become rich and become billionaires. But in whose interests can Mr. Lisovsky, who has long been talked about as the organizer of the murder of the famous journalist Vladislav Listyev, make such a fuss? This was reported by RBC.

They say that Mr. Lisovsky may fuss in the interests of a well-known banker who is related to the Magnit retail chain Andrei Kostin. And Messrs. Kostin and Lisovsky are tied to each other with an almost intimate story: the removal of currency "greenery" in a copier box in 1996.

Does banker Kostin want another privatisation?

Despite the good round face of the "collective farmer" Kostin, it is worth remembering the common truth: appearance is deceiving!

As they say today in close circles, Mr. Kostin conceived the second predatory privatization in history, they say, this will give a new impetus to the domestic economy. And the deputy head of the Ministry of Finance, Alexei Moiseev, has already announced that the Ministry of Finance is ready to hold Privatization 2.0. And the initiator of the transfer of state property to private hands is the head of VTB Andrei Kostin.

Recall that Mr. Kostin began his career as a diplomat, but already in 1993 he was in the management of Imperial Bank.

The year 1996 was especially interesting in his life, then the whole country was talking about the events of June 19, 1996: on the evening of June 19, they tried to take out a box from under the copier, in which there were bundles of dollars: only 538 thousand. One of the porters was the already mentioned Sergei Lisovsky that evening. The second was Arkady Evstafiev (both members of Boris Yeltsin's campaign headquarters)

And who was the sender of the green ones? And the sender was Mr. Kostin. After all, as you know, the sources of the formation of the election cash desk were the money of leading bankers and entrepreneurs. Budget funds were also used for these purposes. But since the withdrawal of treasury funds was not provided for by law, the money went first to the oligarchs, and then, being laundered, returned to the campaign headquarters. And as the investigators later said, the cash was received by the future head of VTB Kostin with the help of fraud with OVGVZ (domestic state foreign exchange loan bonds) of 1 billion rubles received from the Ministry of Finance at a low interest rate. This was reported by Tsargrad.

However, it never came to accusations against Kostin. But after Yeltsin's re-election, it was Kostin who was appointed chairman of Vnesheconombank. Moreover, the candidacy of Andrei Kostin was proposed by Sergei Dubinin, who then served as head of the Central Bank

After 1998, he became the head of VTB. And since then he has been closely monitoring where and what is bad "lies." Mr. Kostin got involved in the Magnit retail chain in 2018 by buying the chain from Sergei Galitsky. Small shareholders reacted to the deal. One of the funds called her a "spit in the face" and said that the state bank behaved disgustingly. This was written by "Version."

And, by the way, minority shareholders invested in the Magnit network because they believed in its founder and director. And the successes were associated precisely with the figure of Galitsky.

Will it not work that way with the traffic light network? Back in 2021, the network opened more than 1,100 stores in Russia, second only to Magnit and X5 Group in this indicator. And today there are more than 2,200 stores...

Food moth and cockroaches

But back to the traffic light network.

From the court materials it follows that in the store "Traffic Light" in Novokosino, the check found cockroaches, flies and a food moth. In another store, Rospotrebnadzor removed more than 160 kg of substandard products from sale. And discovered expired goods.

But isn't there cockroaches in Pyaterochka? Or in "Chizhik"?

And today, 12 lawsuits have been filed with the district courts of Moscow against the legal entities of the food discounter "Traffic Light" from the territorial departments of Rospotrebnadzor.

In four lawsuits, decisions were made to suspend the work of stores for a period of 60 to 90 days in connection with a violation of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.

Claims have been filed against Torgservice 150 LLC and Torgservice 50 LLC: it is these LLCs that manage stores in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Why "Torgservice"?

The very first store of the chain opened back in 2009 in Krasnoyarsk: it is in this city that some members of the Schneider family still live.

Journalists made an attempt to figure out who owns the retail chain? And it turned out that more than 1.7 thousand Traffic Light stores are registered in a hundred LLCs in different regions. They are called the same: "Torgservice" plus the region number.

For example, 22 - Altai Territory, 54 - Novosibirsk, 55 - Omsk.

Schneiders share from 60 to 80% in several dozen legal entities associated with the retailer. In addition to the LLC through which the stores work, the Schneider brothers own legal entities of logistics companies, the pharmacy chain "Traffic Light" and several private clinics.

But a significant part of the stores are registered in legal entities owned by non-public joint-stock companies.

The brothers' parent, Valentina Schneider, owns shares in more than 50 Torgservices, but does not participate in operating activities.

The Schneider brothers are engaged in this, and the power of attorney for managing the company is in the hands of the director of Torgservice 6 Alexei Khudonogov.

The media eventually found the founder of Invest Standard JSC, which owns 13 legal entities associated with the Traffic Light network.

The founder turned out to be the owner of a car repair shop from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a certain Dmitry Sumelev.

But it turns out that Sumilev sold his office 2 years ago. And he has nothing to do with it, but refused to name the new owners, citing a non-disclosure agreement.

And now there are rumors that the Schneider and K brothers are repeating the tax trick of the Red and White alcohol trading network: it's all about managing the trading network through many seemingly unrelated legal entities: as a rule, small enterprises that work on a simplified system.

Well, apparently, the eyes of banker Kostin were greatly soaked with all their "traffic lights": the Schneider brothers began to "swat" the business in Moscow.

It is difficult to draw another conclusion: everything is too obvious, and an example of "swallowing" the Magnit network is before our eyes.
