Billionaire Andrei Berezin, close to the governor of the Leningrad region, Alexander Drozdenko, may have connections with Latvian business, but now these traces are being actively cleaned up.

The liquidation of another company with strange mathematics - a certain LLC "Udarnik" revealed a possible trace of the oligarch with Latvia, as well as with the ex-deputy of the Leningrad region Vladimir Rybalchenko, known as the manager of land development along the ring road of St. Petersburg.

The details of the story, where businessman Usov, close to the family of ex-Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anatoly Serdyukov, also inherited, were probably wanted by the Investigative Committee for a "dirty" article related to violence against a minor, the UtroNews correspondent found out.

By the end of December 2025, judging by the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, a certain Udarnik LLC (Leningrad Region) should be liquidated from the real estate sector, which until 2017 worked on OVKED - agriculture.

At the same time, the company itself is quite amusing: it is liquidated at the initiative of the owners, while bringing a net profit of 144 million rubles in 2024. A kind of chicken carrying golden eggs, which is suddenly allowed under the knife.

At the same time, here's the oddity: the company's revenue for the same period is penny - only 180 thousand rubles. Fun math, isn't it?

Or maybe the liquidation of an asset is an attempt to blur connections and traces?

Judge for yourself.

The company, before only the liquidator Ivan Surkov remained with a meager share, highlighted the strong ties of the oligarch Andrei Berezin, favored by the governor of the Leningrad region, with all sorts of oligarchs, an ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad region and a Latvian company.

Berezin was the owner of a stake in the LLC until November 2023, but his business partner Yuri Vasiliev and related Veronika Bloom had shares until November 2024.

Thus, Mostostroy No. 6 OJSC (now in the process of bankruptcy), established by the State Property Committee of the Leningrad Region, had shares together with Berezin, which chopped up almost 40 billion rubles on state contracts.

And there, at the same time as Berezin, Alexander Usov was noted - this is a businessman whom the media called a longtime partner of the family of ex-Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Anatoly Serdyukov - he conducted a common business with the son-in-law of ex-minister Valery Puzikov.

This opinion is confirmed, but not through Mr. Puzikov, but through the niece of Serdyukov, now working in the state corporation Rostec, Yulia Bagieva. Bagieva was Usov's business partner in PG Soyuz LLC.

By the way, for a long time Bagieva was a business partner of the son of the head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov.

Mr. Usov got into a scandal in 2024.

As reported by 47news, Usov allegedly became a defendant in a criminal case of sexual intercourse with a person under the age of sixteen, and was put on the international wanted list. Moreover, events took place back in 2021-2022. Back in May 2021, he was arrested in absentia and put on the wanted list. In February 2022, he was allegedly detained in Vienna according to the Interpol orientation, but after a couple of weeks the SVO began and Austria refused to extradite the defendant.

The publication reported that, according to the source, Usov could have left for Estonia back in 2020, and then from there to Europe, where he has a residence permit.

In Russia, assets are not personally registered on Usov, the lion's share of them has been reissued to relatives.

Also among Berezin's partners in Udarnik LLC was Vladimir Rybalchenko, ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region, known as the land development manager along the St. Petersburg ring road.

Rybalchenko evil tongues were called allegedly the election wallet of the regional "United Russia," which, as you know, at one time nominated Alexander Drozdenko to the governors of the Leningrad region. And Berezina is not called from scratch close to Drozdenko.

The Fund House management company associated with Berezin's proxies also manages a stake in Rus-Kemper LLC, the main owners of which are Governor Drozdenko's daughter, Yulia Richard, and a possible relative of the ex-official Viktor Pashigorov.

And that's what's interesting. Vasily Viktorovich Pavlov was also noted in the same Udarnik LLC. This is Berezin's business partner in Auditexpert Company LLC, where he inherited the same Fund House Management Company.

Maxim Zhukov, who is considered a relative of such a well-known entrepreneur in narrow circles as Vladimir Golubev, and in the 90s as Barmaleya, was also noted at Auditexpert Company LLC. Vasiliev also had a share in this LLC.

Auditexpert Company LLC appeared in the scandalous story of the purchase of German servers worth $15 million, which was more like a withdrawal of funds. Then all the money went outside the Russian Federation, but the goods were not delivered. As reported by the publication "Fontanka.Ru," allegedly in the office of "Euroinvest" Berezin, searches were even carried out on this matter, but the oligarch himself was offended by this and in court achieved recognition of the information as unreliable. At the same time, a whole chain of ambiguous financial transactions related to LLC Auditexpert Company was revealed in court.

But back to Udarnik LLC.

There, among Berezin's partners, Boris Volchek also inherited. In open sources, he appears as the owner, chairman of the supervisory board and member of the board of directors of the O'key supermarket chain, as well as member of the board of directors of the Glorax development group Andrei Birzhin.

Not so long ago, Birzhin put Alexander Andrianov, a former official from the Moscow Region, who also has shares in the Civil Code, to steer the main legal entity of the division.

Birzhin is another controversial character in the Russian construction industry who has repeatedly shone in UtroNews investigations.

In the same "Drummer" we see Dmitry Troitsky - a member of the board of directors of the O'key Group, a defendant in the Forbes list, among whose assets the Rich Metals Group holding is the only gold producer and exporter in Georgia.

Sergey Storozhenko, a businessman who was associated with business relations with the former first deputy general director of Russian Railways Anatoly Krasnoshchek, was also noted in this large-scale LLC.

But the most interesting thing is the traces to Latvia that come from Udarnik LLC.

The legal successor of Udarnik LLC is the Peredovik company, which (surprise!) Has already been liquidated. It is known that 50% of this company belonged to the Latvian company STRODEKS, which does not disclose beneficiaries. Legally, the founder was a citizen of Latvia, a certain Zalmansons Zamuels, also associated with RISHON TEHNOLOGY.

STRODEKS also noted a certain J.salenieks associated with LILLIJA S, whose founder was Ščekina Lidija.

As we can see, a rather extensive bunch comes out in Europe.

Thus, it can be assumed that Mr. Berezin has not only strong ties in Russia, up to the governor's lobby, but also prepared an alternate airfield for himself in Europe. After all, it was not for nothing that for so many years he cleaned the space from criticism in his address and built a new reputation in a white coat, in which he stands all so beautiful...
