Mordovian trace of Ryabinsky: from Kursk to London through Trotsenko?

Ryabinsky's deal to buy an apartment in Mordovia, where fresh firms not yet covered in scandals were registered, revealed traces of the oligarch Trotsenko.

It seems that rumors about the possible participation of a big lover abroad Andrei Ryabinsky in the development of budget funds for the restoration of the Kursk region may not be rumors. No wonder the developer has already spent money on future transactions?

The UtroNews correspondent understood how the oligarch Trotsenko, the Rotenberg confidant, the former top manager of Russian Railways Shendrik, the son of the ex-Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Chaika, as well as other equally famous persons were next to a businessman with an ambiguous reputation.

We will remind, earlier UtroNews shared rumors from insiders about the possible participation of the former owner of MIC Ryabinsky in the development of budget billions for the restoration of the Kursk region. This ambiguous choice of the performer could be lobbied by the head of the Russian Guard Viktor Zolotov, with whose department Ryabinsky, when he was MIC, was associated with state contracts for the supply of housing, according to which, despite the scandalous situation, the supplier was not punished. And they could!

At the head of the Kursk region is now the former adviser to Zolotov - Alexander Khinshtein. As they say, the cards were very successful.

Ryabinsky has already successfully merged his toxic assets, including the division of the Samolet Group of Companies, associated with the family of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov. Those are still raking the consequences.

Indeed, as a developer, he got into the contour of the transaction, which with a creak and at a very strange price supplied housing to the National Guards, so that the customer was even forced to go to court, and the company is a supplier of housing for Balashikha orphans. At the same time, the children got square meters, so to speak, far from the first freshness. The scandal then arose around the land under the complex, which was inscribed in the corresponding Balashikha contract. And here's a coincidence: later, the mayor of Balashikha, Yevgeny Zhirkov, also burned out on bribes, who could lobby for the allocation of that land.

But Ryabinsky did not merge all his money boxes.

As it turned out, in 2023-2024, he issued four new legal entities in Mordovia, which turned out to be registered at an apartment in Saransk.

In freshly melted unprofitable money boxes from Saransk, Ryabinsky is not only the owner, but also the director. Apparently, such a delicate and profitable business decided not to trust anyone.

By the way, even the mailbox for companies was clearly created by him, since in amr2023@rambler.ru the first three letters are his initials.

As UtroNews found out, the apartment in which the firms were registered also belongs to Mr. Ryabinsky. He bought it just for the occasion.

A certain native of Tatarstan, Adel Airatovich Aminov, helped him to draw up the deal by proxy. But before moving on to his personality, we recall that the head of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, is also a native of Tatarstan. Did he advise the assistant?

Judging by the open data, a certain Adel Aminov in 2023 became the owner and director of a company in the Ryazan region, which they had previously wanted to liquidate, but changed their minds and pumped up the authorized capital to 17.7 million rubles, after which they sold it.

Alliance Pro LLC was sold to Aminova by Svetlana Petryuk, and the director was Regina Petryuk. Probably, the ladies are relatives.

And that's where the fun begins.

Regina Petryuk until May 2024 was the director of the construction LLC "SK Novaya Zemlya" in the Ryazan region. Among the owners of the latter were other members of the Petryuk family - Maxim and Lyubov, as well as a number of individuals, including Viktor Shendrik and Svetlana Rybalchenko. It is the latter that controls the asset today (through Business Technology LLC).

In the same place, among the former owners and business partners of the Petryuk family, we see Pavel Telushkin, who previously appeared in open sources as the executive director of the FTSSR company, a large developer who had very actively previously mastered the capital's budget. For example, CJSC "FTSSR" completed and commissioned part of the buildings of the residential complex "Kutuzovskaya Milya."

Today ZAO is bankrupt, and in 2018 the Federal Center for Social Development appealed to the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General's Office with a statement in which it announced an attempt at a raider seizure, linking it with the structures of brothers Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev.

Now only a freshly baked construction company in Moscow is personally registered on Telushkin.

As for Viktor Shendrik, this is the namesake of a former employee of the Vympel special forces center of the FSB and a former top manager of Russian Railways, who was called close to the Rotenbergs.

Indeed, Shendrick and the Rotenbergs, for example, had a common legal entity - "Basalt - a Group," liquidated in 2019.

The connections of Maxim Petryuk were also interesting.

Petryuk is a former director of Uk PNK LLC, whose owners until July 2024 included Artyom Chaika, the son of the former Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, plenipotentiary in the North Caucasus Federal District, Yuri Chaika. Since the summer of 2024, the company has been hiding one owner.

Svetlana Rybalchenko is no less remarkable.

As Forbes reported, Gridin's old friend Aman Tuleyev, who was then the governor of Kuzbass, helped Gridin build the division. So, the holding took over the Chernigovets coal mine back in the 90s.

Together with the business, business partners were also transferred - Vladimir Gridin and Roman Trotsenko. For example, Novaport Trotsenko, together with Rybalchenko, owns LLC Kemerovo International Airport named after Alexei Arkhipovich Leonov.

Trotsenko, like Ryabinsky, is a big fan of offshore and foreign assets.

By the way, insiders named Trotsenko among those whose business can be more closely checked by the competent authorities, especially in terms of the privatization of state assets.

And Trotsenko also came under fresh UK sanctions.

While Ryabinsky in London has its own elite training ground in the form of a chic VIP estate in St. George's Hill in the London suburb. And Ryabinsky previously publicly called his wife a British citizen.

So, it is not surprising that in some cases Trotsenko prefers to cover his interest. And in the case of Ryabinsky, there is also a trench on the other side of the border?

It can be assumed that the presence in the scheme with the development of budget money of this whole galaxy of well-known, and sometimes notorious names, is not just a coincidence. The question arises, isn't the disgraced developer Ryabinsky a banal cover for more seasoned sharks, who will merge it if they don't grimace, no Mikhas will help?
