German Gref could agree with Oleg Malis to sell the last jewelry chain Pandora to hide the "leak" of nine billion?

The Panclub company, which manages the Pandora chain stores, is trying to recover 8.84 billion rubles from its sole shareholder, the Cypriot company Panclub Enterprises Ltd, controlled by Sberbank, in court. It is reported by "Kommersant".

Interestingly, Panklub itself is also controlled by Sberbank. That is, the bank collects funds, in fact, from itself. The Moscow Post correspondent understood the background and meaning of what was happening.

Gref's generosity

Panclub Enterprises Ltd became the owner of Panklub in 2015 - previously the office was owned by the Cypriot Trellas Enterprises Ltd from the Svyaznoy orbit. Trellas had a debt to Panklub, which in 2018, by right of claim, passed to Panclub Enterprises Ltd. And this money is now, apparently, trying to "fish" from the latter.

A number of questions and inconsistencies arise here. The most important of them, probably, is - why has Panclub Enterprises Ltd not yet returned the funds of Trellas Enterprises Ltd to the Panklub? Have you been unable to recover them for so many years?

According to the Cypriot register, Trellas is a valid company.

Among its directors is Georgy Azarov. The name of the person, whom the media called nothing more than "legal consultant, partner of Oleg Malis and member of the supervisory board of Svyaznoy N.V. from Trellas".

Svyaznoy N.V. participated as collateral on the Kamestra loan for Maxim Nogotkov, the founder of Svyaznoy, from the Blagosostoyanie NPF structure. The company did not return the loan, and Malis's Solvers group, which bought Nogotkov's projects, generally tried to prove that Kamestra had never been integrated into the Svyaznoy group. But the presence of Azarov in the company dotted all the i's.

This story is reminiscent of what is now happening with Trellas Enterprises Ltd. Sberbank, on the other hand, willingly credited Nogotkov's structures, which later left Malisa. And now we see that a debt of almost 9 billion rubles hangs on the structure of the state bank. Which, apparently, should be paid by Svyaznoy, or rather, Malis, who bought out the Nogotkov brainchild. What is the reason for this generosity from Herman Gref?

Look for a woman

Maybe he personally got some part of the funds for which Panklub is now suing? It is worth noting that the company is also registered with Tatyana Suvorov. Suvorov can be a specialist of Sberbank. At least the profile of the same name of such a lady exists on Linkedin and on the VKontakte social network. In both cases, it is indicated that this is the name of an employee of the state bank.

It is also interesting that the director of the Sberbank Panclub Enterprises Ltd is the heroine of our publications - Pampina Votsi. The Moscow Post connected this lady with the interests of the tobacco lobby and even former American President Donald Trump.

The woman is also interesting in herself - a lawyer and participant in a number of redistributions in the market, which some call nothing more than raider seizures of property. For example, her name appears in history with the acquisition of control over the Kurilov Automobile Repair Plant (KARZ). The bottom line is that a certain Cortes CJSC, whose director functions as an offshore company under the management of Votsi, in 2006 achieved the arrest of the director of KARZ and, after a while, gained control over the enterprise.

They also describe the scheme according to which the so-called raiders could operate - allegedly they bought part of the plant's shares, then sold them and, on behalf of Cortex, sued the plant with a demand to recover an amount several times higher than the value of the purchased shares, saying that they were not going to sell them and Votsi's signature on the documents is a fake.

The forensic examination then showed that there was no talk of a fake, then Cortex turned to another, perhaps "fed" it a little to influence the decision and he quickly hid the KARZ general director behind bars, and the plant went to Votsi. "Novye Izvestia" wrote about this. KARZ is now bankrupt.

Why such a lady in the assets of Sberbank is a question. Isn't it for carrying out the next "cloudy" operations with them?

Malis the saviour

In 2015, the media wrote that Sberbank may plan to sell Pandora stores to Mr. Malis. What is happening now may be so-called "pre-sale preparation with maximization of benefit" for individuals.

Here is how events can develop further: Sberbank Panklub demands money from its own Panclub Enterprises Ltd. That company in court is likely to say it cannot repay the debt until it receives it from Trellas Enterprises Ltd. Which seems to be legally Mr. Malis not controlled.

While the proceedings are going on, he himself may come on stage with a proposal to buy a structure with debts at a price much lower than the market price - due to the high risk of not getting back the notorious nine billion from offshore structures - especially taking into account sanctions.

Next, Malis may receive the company and cancel all requirements, because it is not possible to collect funds from himself. Thus, nine billion dissolves into the unknown, and Malis under "Pandora." Herman Gref, for sure, is not offended either.

Recently, the name of the head of Sberbank has often shone in stories where transactions appear, which, to put it mildly, do not seem entirely transparent to many. Recently, there was a resonant situation with the sale of a stake in Croatian Fortenova (present in the Sberbank division) to Arab investor Saif Alketbi, whom evil tongues call Gref's personal wallet.

And The Moscow Post also drew attention to the possibly impending seizure of the Gotek enterprise, and the fact that Lev Khasis, a former deputy close to Gref, lifted sanctions in the United States, where he left almost two years ago. At the same time, Hasis in America may have a business for which Gref allegedly gave money. So, hypothetically, it is possible that the head of Sberbank may transfer capital to a country leading a campaign against Russia.
