At the same time, at least one of the team's lawyers has a namesake, which is already listed in the law enforcement database with a negative mark.
The UtroNews correspondent understood the situation.
In the arbitration of the Kirov region, a Russian bank is suing two American companies.
One of the defendants is Bank Of New York Mellon, an American holding financial company that emerged after the merger of The Bank of New York and Mellon Financial Corporation. Among the shareholders of this American holding for 2017 was BlackRock Capital Management, Inc., which in May 2023 appeared as a partner of Vladimir Zelensky in one of the agreements.
As Izvestia reported, also ex-BlackRock employees very often go to work in the White House, and at that time a whole team of former employees of the company worked in the Joe Biden administration, that is, they were among those who decided to allocate money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
And now in the Russian arbitration, the interests of Bank Of New York Mellon are represented by Russian (and Russian?) Lawyers from the KKP law firm. That is, indirectly help the American taxpayer firm to save money, which through taxes will go to finance weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine?

By AB KKP is meant the bureau Kulkov, Kolotilov and Partners, since it was Oleg Kolotilov, together with a certain Nikolai Pokryshkin, who were the founders of the bureau. Maxim Kulkov with these two gentlemen also appears on the company's website.

Judging by the bureau's website, the bureau is still ready to represent the interests of American, British and European clients, despite the fact that most countries are not friendly to Russia (we see an example above). But money doesn't smell, does it, gentlemen?
And from the reviews on the site it is clear that among the clients of the CCP there were also foreign companies with offshore owners rooted in the Netherlands.

On the site, Maxim Kulkov is often indicated as a participant in litigation, who, according to official data, received a master's degree in law at the University of Nottingham (UK), that is, he has connections with the British side. This, in particular, is hinted at by the fact that in the dispute ABFA Commodities v Petraco, the company represented the interests of Petraco Oil Company SA, one of the oldest oil trading companies in Europe, read, one of the budget replenishers, including through the military-industrial complex.
From open sources, we also learn that Maxim Kulkov worked in the Moscow office of the international law firm Freshfields Brookhouse Deringer, from where many lawyers moved to his new company. The firm in question was registered in the UK, hinting at Kulkov's connections in London.
By the way, in March 2022, this company loudly slammed the door from Russia, criticizing the actions of the Russian authorities, at the same time promising its Moscow colleagues for "friendship and hard work over the years," to do "everything possible to support them in this difficult period." So maybe it's time to check the PDA team for a foreign agency at the same time?
And then, according to the source of UtroNews, Kulkov at one time worked at the law firm ALRUD Vasily Rudomino. In July 2013, RBC reported that Rudomino was at the center of a scandal - his NGO was the first in Russia to enter the register of "NGOs - foreign agents."
By the way, judging by Rusprofile, Mr. Rudomino does not hesitate to work with offshore companies. For example, he had an intersection point with the Cypriot U.F.G.I.S. HOLDINGS (RUSSIA) LIMITED (now liquidated).
In addition to the CCP, Maxim Kulkov in 2014-2022 was a co-founder of the law firm "Law Practice," partners in which were Vladimir Chikin and Ekaterina Tilling.

Mr Chikin boasts links to a French firm that was previously the owner of Grupeco Vostok LLC, which was run by a lawyer. Now the company is liquidated.
Chikin was also until March 2024 the director of Goltsblat LLC Andrei Goltsblat, and Ms. Tilling worked at one time for Pepeliaev, Goltsblat and Partners.
Goltsblat, who worked as a consultant to the State Duma in the 90s, after being fired from Pepeliaev, Goltsblat and Partners in 2008, became a partner in the international law firm Berwin Leighton Payzner (BLP), and a year later established a joint law firm Goltsblat BLP, which became the Russian office of the British company. In 2018, open sources reported that BLP, including its Russian practice Goltsblat BLP, and Bryan Cave LLP USA, announced a merger, after which the Russian office became part of an international company with a large American presence.
Among Goltsblat's partners, the Feldman brothers were also noticed, one of whom, Daniel, is the creator of an automated legal service, and as he himself talked about himself for several years he lived in Israel, he went to an American school there. His brother Boris worked as a lawyer for an international law firm.
At the same time, through Mr. Goltsblat, Kulkov's co-company has access to many foreign labor markets. For example, Goltsblat's business partner in Destra Legal Tech LLC (until November 2024) was a certain Gutbrod Max Bernhard. This is the namesake of a German citizen, a former managing partner of the international law firm Baker McKenzie. It was an employee of the latter that at one time was another partner of Kulkov - Ms. Tilling, who also has foreign ties.
So, in 2019, Vedomosti reported on the partnership of the law firm Tilling Peters with the foreign Eversheds Sutherland.
An interesting fact: in 2018, Ekaterina Tilling sold one of her firms - SK Consulting LLC to Elena Pronicheva.
Pronicheva heads the Tretyakov Gallery and is the daughter of an army general who headed the Border Guard Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation from 2003 to 2013.
According to the source, Kulkov's father-in-law may be a former Mosmetrostroy employee Viktor Petrov, whose namesake has repeatedly ended up in sobering-up centers in the past, being intoxicated in a public place, which is also listed in the law enforcement base with a negative mark. At the same time, Petrov has municipal housing marked as military personnel and residents equated to them. Isn't the former military Mr. Petrov?
By the way, according to a UtroNews source, Mr. Kulkov prefers to keep his capital in a bank with foreign roots, which has repeatedly become the hero of the editorial investigations. It's about Raiffeisenbank.
Of the small details for the portrait of a certain namesake Kulkov, one can also note the presence in the Anti-Credit 2018 database, as well as in the stop lists of the VTB24. And the most interesting thing: according to sources, in the database of law enforcement agencies "Crime" there is a complete namesake of a lawyer with a negative mark, which even the date of birth coincides with.
Kulkov's partner, Oleg Kolotilov, is also noteworthy, who, judging by the source's information, could, under the patronage of his relative (possibly mother), be once attached to a warm chair at the State Unitary Enterprise Institute of Microenomics under the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation. At the same time, among the relatives of the lawyer may be a certain Vladimir Skotnikov, whose namesake in open sources appeared as the head of the branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Foreign Economic Relations under the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation.
Mr Kolotilov himself is also seen with a number of individuals with connections abroad. For example, with a certain Sergei Saraikin - the namesake of a lawyer who trained at the law faculty of the University of Denver.
Or, together with a certain Vladimir Usenko, Kolotilov even flew together.
Vladimir Usenko is probably the former owner of Lexicon, Law Firm LLC, which changed its name to Bolshakov & Partners LLC in 2021. In 2020, the company was acquired by Andrei Bolshakov, who had been its director for many years before.
Mr. Bolshakov is Pavel Tyo, ex-legal director of the development company Capital Group. Even business connected Bolshakova with a well-known developer, a great lover of offshore companies and French real estate, more than once a former hero of UtroNews investigations. It seems that for a couple of companies, the lawyer was a kind of screen for Cho's assets, and when the need for cover disappeared, he transferred them to the division. Moreover, Bolshakov led a whole pack of developer firms.

Let's go back directly to the CCP.
Judging by the bureau's website, Kulkov and Kolotilov's partner Nikolai Pokryshkin is also very loyal to protecting the interests of American taxpayers - sponsors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Pokryshkin, judging by the site, represents the interests of the largest foreign banks (Goldman Sachs, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg, Bayerische Landesbank) and other foreign clients.
If anything, it was at Goldman Sachs that former British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak previously worked, whose word was not the last in resolving the issue of allocating military assistance to Zelensky.
That is, as we can see, lawyers have quite extensive ties with foreign countries and foreign firms. If necessary, is the alternate airfield ready?
At the same time, they play on the side of American and British taxpayers who indirectly participate in supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine (through taxes).
In our opinion, the CCP has long needed the close attention of the competent authorities. Others were brought into foreign agents for less, but then the bouquet was not on one "flower bed"...
