Kakhidze's ambitions turned into liquidation

The project of ex-Russian Railways employee Alexander Kakhidze to create multimodal transport and logistics centers seems to have begun to crumble - the first legal entity went into liquidation.

Promising to create a network of multimodal transport and logistics centers in Russia, Kakhidze received state support, but it seems that the promises turned out to be zilch.

At the end of February 2025, Kakhidze appointed a liquidator to one of the legal entities - Caspian Transport Terminal LLC. And, judging by the unprofitable indicator of the rest of the LLC-shek, this may be only the first swallow.

The UtroNews correspondent understood the situation.

Recall that a few years ago, a former employee of Russian Railways Kakhidze, who managed to work in the structures of the capital's mayor's office, announced a large logistics project.

It was supposed to include a network of 11 multimodal transport and logistics centers in Russia with a total capacity of 5.7 million containers per year.

One of these projects was the Artem TLC, for which the Federal Property Management Agency transferred 300 hectares of land to the regional authorities, and the Kozhemyako administration expanded the Mikhailovsky TOP for the project itself.

Kakhidze's firm received resident status, giving the right to benefits and preferences. Not the last value in such loyalty to the projects of this person involved can be hidden in his connections.

In particular, through the Ott company and its subsidiary RRK Logistic LLC, not only family members and proxies of the former Primorsky governor Darkin inherited, but also strings led to the current governor Kozhemyako. UtroNews previously spoke about this in detail, specifying that there are numerous questions about the timing of the implementation of the coastal part of the network.

And at the end of February 2025, Kakhidze sends to the liquidation of Caspian Transport Terminal LLC (KTT) from the Astrakhan region. Liquidation measures must be completed by December 31, 2025. Elizaveta Ustinova was appointed liquidator on February 25.

Ustinova in December 2022 has already liquidated the asset of Kakhidze - LLC Transport and Logistics Center "Bronka," which appeared as an operator for a transport and logistics center worth 10.6 billion rubles, announced in 2019 in St. Petersburg.

The project participants were to be Phoenix LLC, KLK Holding LLC and French CMA CGM.

Through this project, Kakhidze was connected by business relations with the family of Nikolai Negodov, the namesake of the retired FSB Major General and Nikita Murov, the namesake of the grandson of the ex-head of the FSO Yevgeny Murov and the son of the chairman of the board of PJSC FGC UES Andrei Murov. And through KLK Holding LLC and Logoper LLC, it is also with Estonian entrepreneur Aare Kaarma, who can provide connections between the Russian lover of projects and European structures.

But let's return to the liquidated Caspian Transport Terminal LLC.

The business partner with a 50% stake in the liquidated asset is Igor Rudetsky. It's interesting, but Rudetsky is in the same village. Since 2019, Olya has its own company in the field of cargo processing - Agroterminal Caspian LLC and a subsidiary - PLC Caspian LLC. Apparently, Rudetsky no longer needs Kakhidze's services, so it was decided to cover the common box.

Rudetsky is a well-known Volgograd entrepreneur who in 2023 announced plans to build a new sea terminal in Sevastopol.

The CTT put on liquidation in 2024 brought the owners 91 thousand rubles of net loss. Given that the company was created in May 2023, it seems that this "child" Kakhidze was originally "stillborn."

And here comes to mind the fact that the lion's share of the firms of the former head of the customs brokerage department of Russian Railways and adviser to the vice president of Russian Railways Kakhidze in 2023, and in 2024 showed losses. At the same time, he continued to stamp new legal entities for new projects with global announced investments. What an interesting alignment, however.

In particular, Khabarovsk Transport Terminal LLC (HTT) for 2024 was unprofitable by 421 thousand rubles. At the same time, this company with a single employee was created in 2022 and for two years such a result? Will this legal entity become a contender for liquidation?

By the way, the director in the company is the same Andrei Kryazhev, who headed the liquidated KTT.

The most interesting thing: Kryazhev is a former official, in 2020-2021 he served as director of the FSBI "NCKTP of the Ministry of Transport of Russia."

By the way, Kakhidze's partner in HTT is Tandem LLC, followed by Zhanna Matveeva and Ekaterina Larionova through the Alliance Corporation.

Matveeva is a former director of CJSC TFD Centrocredit, in whose biography he inherited Centrocredit Bank. The deputy head of the board of this bank, Ilya Korbashov, has intersection points with Kakhidze for RB Group LLC and Trial LLC (co-owner of Fininvest LLC).

CentroCredit is associated with Senator Arsen Kanokov. And here's a coincidence: Anna Danilina, who was the director and owner of the stake in Sindika-Media Group LLC together with Zaur Kanokov, has a stake in RB Group LLC.

By the way, with LLC Tandem and Trial, Kakhidze in November 2024 riveted two more companies - Novosibirsk LLC Remterminal and Primorsky LLC Remterminal-Artem, where Vladimir Gerus also has a stake.

Gerus is another former Russian Railways employee who rose to the rank of first deputy head of the Sverdlovsk Railway.

By the way, together with Gerus, who also works as an executive director at Kakhidze, LLC Logoper works as a sales director and Konstantin Kondratov is another native of Russian Railways, who was in charge of customs brokerage on the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Why, with such a strong lobby, the HTT project (and not only it) demonstrates such gloomy results? Or, keeping in mind Kakhidze's connections with all sorts of foreign citizens, should you look for investments outside of Russia?

For example, Aleksandrs Isurins, a former top manager of FESCO, TransContainer, as well as a citizen of Latvia, a country not friendly to the Russian Federation, became his deputy in the container operator Logoper. How can one not remember that Kakhidze's brother Alexei, also a top manager of Gazprom, is credited with ties with Latvia.

But let's return directly to the division of Alexander Kakhidze.

In 2024, Kakhidze brought a loss of 227 thousand rubles and LLC RB Sudovowner (Primorye, ship rental).

Judging by the financial results of 2023, the Moscow Dynamo Group was unprofitable (-2.5 million rubles), Panda Express Line (-20 million rubles), Primorsky AK Logistics DV (-49 million rubles, owns with his brother), Moscow "RB Information Technologies" (-1.4 million rubles, co-owner - Tandem LLC), Kuzbass LLC Kuzbass Transport Terminal (-833 thousand rubles, co-owner - Tandem LLC), Novosibirsk Transport Terminal LLC (-99 million rubles, co-owners - Tandem LLC and Trial LLC, there are claims from the transport prosecutor's office).

Also in 2023, Yekaterinburg Transport Terminal LLC was also unprofitable - by 156 million rubles, the shares of which were pledged to Alfa-Bank. Among the co-owners are the same Tandem LLC and Trial LLC.

Yes, even the parent company Fininvest, which appears as an applicant for ambitious projects, at the end of 2023 showed 81 million rubles of loss, as did its subsidiary Dalmebel.

Kakhidze did not work out with the tourism business - Tver LLC "Pearl Seliger" in 2023 brought a loss of 21 million rubles. By the way, among the co-owners of this company is Sergey Grigoriev, whose namesake, together with the above-mentioned partner Kakhidze, Estonian entrepreneur Aare, was among the owners of the foreign company LOGISTIC OPERATOR EUROPE OÜ.

The same Grigoriev is a partner of Kakhidze, Korbashov, Danilina in RB Group LLC. An amazing coincidence, isn't it, given that in the same "Trial" at one time inherited the Cypriot offshore "CENTROIVER HOLDINGS LTD"?

So maybe the deliberate unprofitability of a lot of Kakhidze's assets is just numbers, but in fact it is worth looking for real tranches on accounts in Europe, where the strings of connections of the former Russian Railways employee take us? It cannot be that with such pretentiousness of projects of logistics centers, the presence of state support, Kakhidze finished eating the last fish cartilage. We do not believe, as Stanislavsky used to say!
