"Independent" capitals of Khikhinashvili "will serve" God Nisanov?

As the UtroNews correspondent reports, the partners of the structures that may be close to the oligarch God Nisanov in the project for the development of the former territory of Mosgortrans on Rogozhsky Val were people close to another well-known entrepreneur Teimuraz Khikhinashvili.

Many scandals are associated with the name of the latter. Among other things, he allegedly can be a hidden business partner of the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation). This means that in the proposed development project on Rogozhsky Val, his interests may also be protected: but his companies pay a lot of money to the Ukrainian treasury in the form of taxes.

The God Nisanov does not care who to work with - would there be profit?

In 2022, businessman Roman Agababaev, associated with the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies of Goda Nisanov, bought at the auction a complex of buildings on Rogozhsky Val. The cost was not disclosed. Soon he transferred this asset to Lachin Izraev. The latter should also be close to the God Nisanov - he owns the Internet domain of the Evropeisky shopping and entertainment complex, the owner of which is Kievskaya Ploshchad.

It is assumed that not another residential complex will appear on the site of Mosgortrans buildings, but a large food mall like Depo.Moskva, one of the largest such facilities in the Russian Federation, located on the territory of the Depot Lesnaya complex on the site of the former Miu tram park. The owner is the same - "Kievskaya Square."

Especially for the development of the territory of Mosgortrans, the company "Center for the Development of Territories" was created, and it bought the site. According to Vedomosti, Lachin Izraev now has 52% of the structure. But the new owner of 32% was Zhanna Khikhinashvili - the wife of the founder of the development group "Patero Development" Teimuraz Khikhinashvili. Another 8% each belongs to their partners from Turkey - Guven Dündar and Murat Vural.

As for Teimuraz Khikhinashvili, he directly owns shares in 15 legal entities, including Patero Development and another development structure of TBF Development LLC. Both show extremely low financial indicators - it seems that profits from them can simply "wash out."

Where to? Where it is suitable, but not to Russia. Among others, he has the Ekobitservis company, it owns the Merkyur Paveletskaya hotel.

Teymuraz Khikhinashvili has 87.5% there. The rest is offshore from the British Virgin Islands "LIMOSH INC." Presumably, it is there, on the islands, that the profit received by the businessman from the hotel's activities, as well as directly from government contracts, which the company accumulated in the amount of over 50 million rubles, can "settle."

At the same time, Khikhinashvili for some reason has problems with money. Its entire share is pledged by Sberbank. Why is it not credited in Foggy Albion?

Until March 1, 2022, Ekvitservice had another co-founder - Diana Gindin. A remarkable woman is the wife of State Duma deputy Vladislav Reznik. Among other things, she graduated from New York and Columbia Universities in the United States, has extensive connections there. A good party for the Russian people's choice!

At the same time, as it turned out, Diana Lvovna Gindin had a change in TIN.

A reasonable question arises - why should an ordinary individual do this in order to "remove" some tails associated with previous business activities?

All legal entities currently associated with Gindin are "recorded" on the second TIN. Among them is Quantum Invest (KI LLC), where Gindin has 15%. According to the Web, budget money allegedly passes through this company for the installation of security cameras in Moscow, and the "transport" mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov is allegedly a participant in the scheme.

And we recall that the above-named oligarch God Nisanov may be extremely close to the authorities of Moscow and the Moscow region. In the first, the "green light" is on everywhere, and in the second case, he is an adviser to the head of the region, Andrei Vorobyov.

LLC "KI" has only one subsidiary, but which is LLC "NPO Intelligent Technical Systems." It is this that is the recipient of money under government contracts with the mayor's office. Their amount reached almost 8.5 billion rubles. The value of the assets of the structure exceeded 1 billion rubles.

"Ukrainian trace" Khikhinashvili and Nisanov

And where is the famous Ukrainian oligarch here, you ask? The connection of the Khikhinashvili family with Kolomoisky (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation) is not difficult to trace. Among other things, the Khikhinashvili family is associated with the business of growing artificial diamonds in Sestroretsk, which is part of the administrative borders of St. Petersburg.

The plant is owned by the company "New Diamond Technology" (LLC "NDT"), the founder of which was businessman Nikolai Khikhinashvili - presumably just a representative of the Teimuraz family. However, the company was soon rewritten to the Luxembourg offshore Mineral Assets Corporation. But BAT even has government contracts.

According to journalists Life.ru one of the beneficiaries of the structure is Teimuraz Khikhinashvili. This information can be indirectly confirmed by the data of the Western search service for European Northdata.com companies, where Teimuraz Khikhinashvili is indicated as the director of the organization.

But the other, as Life.ru journalists found out, is Timur Mindich. Previously, he also owned shares in the Belize company Herley Traiding Limited, through which Igor Kolomoisky (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation) exercised control over the 1 + 1 media group, where the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky worked.

He, Mindich, today remains a co-owner of the Cyprus offshore Green Family Ltd - the former owner of the Russian division involved in the rental of the Ukrainian series "Matchmakers." Rumor has it that it was he who, back in 2008, introduced Kolomoisky (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) to the current President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

That is, with a high degree of probability, it can be assumed that through Mindich, the Khikhinashvili family can work with the terrorist and extremist Kolomoisky, and the latter can still be a hidden beneficiary of assets on the territory of the Russian Federation.

As for the structures of Nisanov and Khikhinashvili, the joint project on Rogozhsky Val is not the first for them. Earlier it was announced plans to build a hotel on the site of the Meteor stadium in the Dorogomilovsky district of Moscow. LLC "SZ Filevsky Park" has gathered to build, and it owns the site.

LLC "SZ" Filevsky Park "belongs to the Cyprus offshore" MARULYAN CONSULTANTS LIMITED, "which, in turn, is the founder of another developer - LLC" SZ "Ermolova." The second owner of LLC "SZ" Ermolova "on a parity basis is LLC" Patero Development, "the key development structure of Mr. Khikhinashvili.

And again - offshore, as if these good gentlemen are afraid to leave their money in Russia. However, having such possible connections (terrorist and extremist Kolomoisky) to withdraw money from Russian jurisdiction may be quite a logical step for them...
