Oligarch Albert Avdolyan, who turned out to be associated with a whole bunch of offshore companies, is in a hurry to transfer his assets to cash. Apparently, it is much more convenient to tear your claws abroad with a suitcase of money.
Having previously sold Sibanthracite, which was seized from the heirs of Dmitry Bosov, who died under mysterious circumstances, Avdolyan is preparing to sell another inheritance of Bosov, Port Vera LLC, an operator of a coal port in Primorye.
Among the buyers of the port may be Eduard Khudainatov's Coulstar, which previously planned to build a terminal next to Vera and generally looked at Bosov's sites.
The Moscow Post correspondent understood the situation.
According to RBC, Albert Avdolyan in 2024 may sell the coal port of Vera, which is estimated at 19 billion rubles.
The Buyer's Riddle
The buyer of the port may well be Coulstar Eduard Khudainatov, former vice president and deputy head of the board of Rosneft Igor Sechin.
Khudainatov, during his lifetime, Bosova swung to the coal market of the Novosibirsk region, where the only player at that time was Sibanthracite. Also, the section of the Kolyvan field, which was of interest to Khudainatov, was transferred to Bosov in 2018.
Moreover, when Avdolyan, who snatched Sibanthracite from Bosov's heirs, sold it, The Moscow Post found traces from buyers just to the "Sechin man" Khudainatov.
It was also rumored that Khudainatov and Sechin allegedly looked towards the project for the construction of the Severomuisky tunnel, where Bosov planned to join.
So maybe the port "Vera" will find its buyer in the person of "Sechin's man."
Moreover, in 2019 it was reported about the plans of LLC Seaport Coulstar (now Seaport Aurora) to build a transshipment terminal in Primorye, just near Vera. In 2022, local residents from the Danube, suffering from coal dust from the Vera port, even signed a petition against Khudainatov's plans, and in June of that year, Coulstar LLC sold the Aurora Seaport.

Dirty intrigues around Bosov's inheritance
The port was bought three years ago by Avdolyan from the heirs of Dmitry Bosov, who died in strange circumstances in May 2020.
A month before the death of Bosov, having discovered that his partner Alexander Isaev was playing on the field of a competitor - Avdolyan, he fired him with a scandal, accusing him of embezzlement.
After Bosov's death, a real battle broke out over the assets, and a stream of outright slop poured from different sites at his widow, Katerina Bosov (recognized as a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation), similar to specially organized persecution.
In August 2020, the widow spoke about a raider attack on her company. It was reported that, among other things, there is a "campaign to seize" the Far Eastern coal port of Vera in Primorye. Isaev, of course, denied such accusations, but it was his new friend Avdolyan who this and another part of Bosov's assets left a year later.
The asset was preceded by Isaev's lawsuit, which at that time was already headed by Avdolyan's Elginsky coal project A-Property. In it, a friend of the oligarch demanded to return to him the lost share in Vostokugl. At the same time, there was talk that, having restored the rights, Isaev could offer the heirs of Dmitry Bosov to exchange a stake in Vostokugl for packages in the Ogodzhinsky project and the port of Vera.
And in 2021, Avdolyan and Rostec receive Vera and the Ogodzhinsky coal project in the Amur region.
Rostec on support
Perhaps it is Rostec's participation in Avdolyan's projects that explains its unsinkability, despite all the scandals.
So, for example, in Avdolyan's Yota Devices, the state corporation previously owned a block package, and in YATEK two years ago Novikombank, a reference for Rostec, had 21%.
In addition, personally Sergey Chemezov (head of Rostec) and his wife Ekaterina Ignatova are on the board of trustees of the New House Foundation, established by Avdolyan. Together with the wife of the latter, who changed her last name to Avdolian, and the same impetuous Isaev.

Probably, it was the presence of Rostec that at one time provided Avdolyan with state financing, with the help of which he grabbed the Elginskoye coal deposit, once part of the Mechel group, and YATEK, which was obtained after the arrest of Ziyavudin Magomedov. Judging by the statements of the state corporation, it poured into Elga just financially.
Rostec also noted in the port of Vera, eventually losing his share to the same Avdolyan.
Today, the owner of Port Vera Management LLC (he has been the owner of the port since 2017) is Port Vera Holding LLC.

The port of Vera Holding is owned by PV-Development, and the latter is under the wing of AP Logistics LLC.
Until January 24, 2024, AP Logistics belonged to Avdolyan, and although now the owners are being hidden, everyone says that the port belongs to him.

By the way, in the port of Vera, despite the fact that officially Rostec left the asset, its traces still remained.
So, the companies "Port" Vera "Holding" and "PV-Development" since 2019 is headed by a native of "Rostec" Rodion Treasure. He also has shares in some of Avdolyan's companies.

With Vera offshore
Meanwhile, since 2021, AP Logistics LLC has been headed by a rather interesting person - Stanislav Vrublevsky, who also runs Avdolyanovsky AP Project LLC. In 2022-2023, he was also the director of Sibanthracite Holding LLC, in 2016-2017 - A-Property LLC. All these assets were related to both Ogoja and the port of Vera.
But most importantly, it was Vrublevsky who was the director of RACAST INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which appeared in the history of the withdrawal of money to a Latvian bank. Avdolyan was recognized as the beneficiary.

Moreover, with another offshore oligarch - Reeco Capital LP from Cayman Island -RACAST participated in a tax scheme, which, through some loans, withdrew money outside the Russian Federation. The Moscow Post has already talked in detail about all offshore companies associated with Avdolyan.

RACAST INVESTMENTS LIMITED for today is quite a living offshore, and Avdolyan's escape routes have already been worked out through it. According to the same schemes, it seems to us, they can transfer money from the transaction on the port "Vera" from Russia. Nothing prevents you from making a loan for this amount with the same Reeco Capital LP. Here you have Vrublevsky at hand.

Even the "Chemezov man" Treasure is unlikely to be an obstacle here. After all, being the director of Globaltek LLC since 2019, he crossed paths with another Avdolyan offshore company, Sanomil, which she inherited in dubious transactions. So it can be aware of these schemes.
Thus, today Avdolyan, after all sales in the division, of the large ones, has only assets related to YATEK, Elga, including the coal deposit of the same name in Yakutia, and the Ogodzhinskoye deposit in the Amur region. Although after the deal on Vera, previously focused on transshipment of coal from the Sugodinsky-Ogodzhinsky deposit, the sale of the latter is only a matter of time.

In general, Avdolyan smacks of collecting suitcases and early farewell to Russia from transactions for the sale of liquid assets. Moreover, millions of rubles have already been withdrawn in a timely manner through offshore companies associated with it. And the daughter Elvira, together with her mother Elena, who prefers to be called Avdolian, acquired the citizenship of Malta and assets in London.
We will remind, earlier The Moscow Post discovered the British company SIRENELONDONCOSMETICS LTD from Elvira AVDOLIAN.

By the way, isn't it worth looking for money in London that they left under the guise of loans from the subsidiaries of the scandalous holding Mezhregionsoyuzenergo (MRSEN) to Sparkel City Invest LTD Avdolyan?
And now the "daughter" of this offshore is trying to collect about 4.5 billion rubles of alleged debt with the MRSEN, the shareholder of which was the former father-in-law of Elvira Avdolyan Eldar Osmanov.
Osmanov is involved in a criminal case on the withdrawal of billions of rubles abroad stolen from electricity producers and grid companies from the Rosseti division, and is wanted. Did the former daughter-in-law shelter in London?
As it turned out, Dmitry Gordovich's BBB Bank also participated in the MRSEN/Avdolyan offshore chain. Through it, they also brought at least 100 million rubles to Latvia. This is only a proven amount. How much in fact went through this "million-dollar pipeline," we do not undertake to judge.
As you can see, Avdolyan will have enough money from the Russian subsoil with the participation of Rostec and withdrawn abroad to live on a European scale. There will also be grandchildren left.
